Returns and refunds

LONGEVILABS ships sealed nutritional formulations intended for personal ingestion. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, an order that has already been delivered cannot be returned or refunded once it is in your possession, except in the specific cases listed below.

**1. Before dispatch** While an order is still marked as not shipped or in preparation, you may cancel it from your account and receive a full refund of the amount paid, including delivery.

**2. After dispatch or delivery** Once the parcel has left our facility, the products can no longer be returned for reasons of taste, change of mind, expectation of results, or because you no longer wish to use them. A refund is granted only when one of the following applies and is reported within 14 days of delivery: - the wrong formulation or the wrong quantity was sent to you; - the product arrived damaged, leaking, or with a broken safety seal; - the parcel was never delivered and the carrier confirms the loss; - the product was already past its expiry date on arrival.

**3. Wrong order placed by the customer** If you ordered the wrong formulation by mistake, tell us before dispatch and we will exchange or refund it. After dispatch we can only accept the item back if it is unopened, with the safety seal intact, at your own return-shipping cost; opened units cannot be resold and are not refundable.

**4. How to request a refund** Open the order in your account and use "Request a refund". Choose the reason, describe what happened, and attach photographs of the parcel and the seal when the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Every request is reviewed by our team and you are notified of the decision.

**5. How refunds are paid** Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, in the original currency, normally within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Delivery charges are refunded only when the fault is ours.

**6. Subscriptions** You may pause, skip or cancel a subscription at any time before the next charge. Payments already taken for a delivery already dispatched follow the rules above.

**7. Statutory rights** Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country. Where a legal right of withdrawal applies to sealed health products, it lapses once the seal is broken.
